The customer is entitled to reject the product within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt.

A refund for the product will be made in the same form as the payment. For example, if a Buyer paid for the goods with a bank card, then a refund will be made to the same bank card.

A full refund for unsatisfactory goods will be made if the product has not been used, retains its consumer characteristics and the Buyer produces evidence (i.e. receipt or copy of bank statement) that it purchased the product from the Seller. (It's hard to ask that the product has not been used as there isn't necessarily a way to understand it's defective if it hasn't been used)

For a refund to a bank card, the customer must fill in "Application for a refund" and send it to info@vizardmask.com.

The sum of the refund will be equal to the cost of the product. To refund money for erroneous transactions it is necessary to submit a written application and append receipts that prove erroneous writing-off of funds. The application should be sent to info@vizardmask.com
Payment procedure and security, information privacy

International payment systems VISA, MasterCard are eligible for payment.

Payment security is ensured by modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over secure communication channels.

Card details are entered on a bank's secure authorization page. The following card details are required for payment: card number, holder name, expiration date and 3-digit security code. 3-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) can be found on the backside of a bank card. If a card supports 3DSecure technology, then a user will be transfered to an issuing bank page to enter the security code.

Personal information provided by the customer (for example name, address, phone number, e-mail, card details, etc.) is considered confidential and is not to be disclosed. Card details are transmitted only in the encrypted form and are not stored on this internet resource.

This agreement defines the procedure for the Seller to conduct the sale of the Goods through the online store in accordance with Art. 405 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus and is the official public offer of the Seller, addressed to an indefinite number of potential buyers.

The fact of acceptance (acceptance) by the Buyer of the terms of this Agreement is a message about the selection and ordering of goods, confirmation of the method and price of delivery, as well as payment, in the order and on the conditions determined by these conditions.

By carrying out the Order of the Goods through the online store, the Buyer accepts and agrees with all the conditions set forth in this agreement, and with the information posted on the Site at the time of acceptance of the Order by the Seller.

The relations between the Parties under this agreement are subject to the requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Belarus "About Trade", "About the Protection of Consumer Rights" (hereinafter - the Law) and other regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Belarus governing retail sales.

The Seller reserves the right to amend this agreement and the information on the Site, in connection with which the Buyer agrees to take into account possible changes at the time of contacting the Seller with the Order for the Goods.

The publication of information that is obviously not relevant to the product should be considered as a technical error.

Payment for orders on this site is carried out only by bank transfer of funds.
Checkout

The Buyer's order is placed through the Site in two stages.

1. When placing an Order through the Site, the Buyer provides the Seller with an electronic Order form for the Goods via the Internet. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data.

2. After the Buyer indicates the name and quantity of goods to be purchased, depending on the region of delivery, the Seller calculates the cost and form of delivery and sends it by e-mail for subsequent acceptance of the Order by the Buyer. Acceptance of the terms of this agreement is confirmed by the Buyer through payment for the order.

The Seller has the right to refuse confirmation or fulfillment of the order if he finds a technical error related to the operation of the software or illegal actions by third parties.
Delivery

The delivery of goods is arranged by the Seller and paid for by the Buyer. Delivery costs and times are quoted by the Seller to the Buyer based on information provided by the Seller by appropriate postal service providers.

The Buyer indicates his acceptance of the 3rd party shipping terms by paying for the goods, which include the cost of shipping.

If the Buyer disagrees with the shipping terms or doesn't confirm and pay for the order within v48 hours of receiving the shipping proposal, the order is automatically canceled.

In the event of receiving an order with damaged or missing items, the Buyer will complete a written complaint signed by both the buyer and a representative of the shipping company. The absence of a written complaint indicates acceptance of the shipment.
